The best method for safe weight loss is to consume the right amount of calories and to exercise enough so you have a high metabolism. Exercising the right way will mean making sure that you are doing enough cardiovascular and aerobic exercises. Aerobic exercise should be done 3 to 5 times a week depending on how active you are already based on the type of job you have as some people do much more physical jobs than others. Be sure to also train enough with weights as this will allow you to get more muscle on your body and burn more calories more quickly.
