For thousands of years, one vegetable has been hailed as a
wonder food with miracle healing benefits. Today, this tiny
vegetable has the amazing power of washing your body free of
toxic overload to help you overcome arthritis. What is it?
Garlic!
A member of the onion family, garlic is unique because it
contains antibacterial and antifungal properties that make
it a powerful body cleanser. In modern times, garlic has
emerged as a cleansing food with power to fight arthritis.
Secret Pain-Ending Power of Garlic
The power of garlic as a pain-killer may be considered
“secret” because for many years this knowledge was confined
largely within the medical profession, not well known among
lay people. So it is with great excitement that the benefits
of garlic are now being made available to all. Here they
are: garlic gives off an unusual type of ultraviolet
reaction called mitogenetic radiation. These emissions are
called Gurwitch rays after the European electrobiologist who
first reported their pain-killing powers. These same
Gurwitch rays are able to dislodge toxic wastes from their
encrusted blockages and then prepare them for elimination.
This helps stimulate new cell growth and provide an inner
cleansing of irritating substances.
Brings Down Inflammation, Soothes Pain
When you consume garlic, your digestive system, through
enzyme activity, will extract a substance from the garlic
called allicin. Your enzymes take this allicin to promote a
scrubbing action to cool down the inflammation that is the
bane of rheumatoid and other types of arthritis. This same
allicin, from garlic, helps soothe pain by washing away the
grating sand-like wastes that stubbornly cling to your vital
joints, muscles, and related organs. In so doing, garlic,
via the allicin action, is able to help you conquer
arthritis pain.
Easy Way to Take Garlic
Potency is highest in the garlic bulb itself. Take three
cloves, chop them finely, and add to a raw vegetable salad
or any sandwich. Add diced garlic to a bowl of soup. Use
garlic for any stew, casserole, or baked dish. Chew a garlic
clove or two daily. You will feel the cleansing action very
swiftly.
What About Garlic Odour?
Basically, chew a garlic clove and follow it with parsley
to mask the odour. No need to be a social outcast. Remember
this basic fact: the odour occurs only when you take raw
garlic. There is no odour from cooked garlic. Tip: Finish
garlic by chewing licorice (chemical-free from health
store), or chew on a small cinnamon stick, or some cloves.
Or else take raw garlic with grated carrot to mask the
odour. (All are available at health stores.) You’ll sweeten
your breath and be socially acceptable as a garlic eater.
You’ll also become more flexible in your joints and muscles,
thanks to garlic’s power of detoxification and cleansing.
