Rich in flavour, many spices also naturally contain antioxidants; in fact:
· 1 tsp Cinnamon contains as many antioxidants as ½ cup of blueberries or 1 cup of pomegranate juice
· 1 tsp Oregano contains as many antioxidants as 1 cup of red grapes
· 1 tsp Thyme contains about the same amount of antioxidants as 1 carrot or ½ cup of tomatoes
